STRATEGIC VISION & EXECUTION ROADMAP 2026–2028

GOTURSIX exists to reduce rural food insecurity and strengthen community resilience by creating a place where Veterans, Families, and Neighbors grow, connect, discover, and play β€” together.

Over the next three years, we will:

  1. Stabilize food access in Wright County through consistent, visible, community-powered distribution.

  2. Build shared infrastructure that supports nourishment, connection, and local capacity.

  3. Use recreation (disc golf) as a bridge to participation, volunteering, and long-term investment.

  4. Prove a rural, replicable model that prioritizes agency, contribution, and belonging.

STRATEGIC PILLARS

πŸ₯• FOOD FIRST

Food access is the entry point to trust, dignity, and community stability.

🌱 BUILD LOCAL CAPACITY

Infrastructure exists to reduce fragility, not dependency.

πŸ₯ DISC GOLF AS A BRIDGE

Recreation is how people show up, stay engaged, and give back.

🀝 COMMUNITY > PROGRAMS

Consistency, visibility, and contribution matter more than scale.
