PURPOSE

This Memorandum of Collaboration (“MOC”) outlines the collaborative relationship between GOTURSIX, a Missouri-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and [Collaborator Name], represented by [Representative Name] of [City], Missouri, regarding the expansion of Ron’s Blessings Box program serving Wright County and surrounding communities in Missouri.

The purpose of this collaboration is to support the development and placement of community Blessing Boxes — neighbor-sustained, freely accessible food pantries that reflect our shared belief in civil service and community care. Both parties recognize the value of expanding this network through local sponsorship, volunteerism, and a commitment to food access as a foundational community need.

COLLABORATION ROLE

[Collaborator Name] will serve as a [Title — e.g., Founding Sponsor / Host Location Partner / Build Partner] for the Ron’s Blessings Box program.

In this role, [Collaborator Name] may provide any combination of the following:

  • Host location access for Blessing Box placement

  • Ongoing restocking support or coordination

  • Community outreach and visibility for the program

  • Financial sponsorship of box materials

  • Build labor and/or material donations

  • General guidance on neighborhood food access needs

GOTURSIX retains full ownership, management authority, and decision-making responsibility regarding the Blessing Box program, nonprofit operations, and all placement decisions.

COMPENSATION & SPONSORSHIP

GOTURSIX agrees to recognize [Collaborator Name]’s contribution as follows:

•       Sponsorship Model: Each Blessing Box is estimated at approximately $70–$100 in materials. Sponsors may fund one or more boxes, with each sponsored box bearing recognition of the sponsoring individual or business.

•       In-Kind Contributions: Build labor, material donations, or host location provision may be recognized as in-kind contributions consistent with GOTURSIX’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

•       Additional collaboration phases and contribution adjustments may be discussed and confirmed separately in writing as the program evolves.

TIMELINE & MILESTONES

•       Phase 1: [Date] — Sponsorship confirmed and materials sourced for [number] Blessing Box(es).

•       Phase 2: [Date] — Construction completed and Blessing Box placed at [location].

•       Phase 3: [Date] — Check-in on box condition, stocking status, and community response.

TERMS

This MOC is effective upon the date of signatures below and remains in effect unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

This MOC is not a binding legal contract but a good-faith expression of collaborative intent between both parties, consistent with GOTURSIX’s mission of community care, civil service, and neighbor-to-neighbor support.
