WEEK 1: FOUNDATION + MOMENTUM (Days 1–7)

Theme of the week:

Clarity before creativity. Conversations before content.

You are not allowed to build, redesign, or add anything new this week.

WEEK 1 NON-NEGOTIABLES (Daily)

These happen every weekday.

1. Inner Game (20 minutes/day)

Karen is explicit: confidence precedes enrollment

Rotate these prompts through the week:

  • “What results already exist because of me?”

  • “Where am I already seen as an authority?”

  • “Who trusts me—and why?”

  • “What feels easier than I admit?”

No fixing. No reframing. Just strengthening presence.

2. Outreach (30–40 minutes/day)

This is the engine.

You will:

  • Send 3 invitations/day total

    • 1–2 nonprofit

    • 1–2 coaching

Stop after 3. Scarcity keeps your energy clean.

3. Tracking (5 minutes/day)

Track only:

  • Inner game done (Y/N)

  • Invitations sent (number)

  • Conversations scheduled (number)

Nothing else counts yet.

DAY-BY-DAY BREAKDOWN

🟢 DAY 1 (You’ve essentially done this)

  • Locked the single offer per lane

  • Identified warm lists

  • Sent first invitations

  • Started tracking

If you did this, you’re on plan.

🟡 DAY 2: Authority Clarification (Low Output, High Leverage)

Time block: 60 minutes

Coaching (30 min)

Write ONE sentence and stop:

“I help ___ who are struggling with ___ to achieve ___.”

No branding. No polishing. This is internal clarity only.

Nonprofit (30 min)

Write ONE paragraph:

“This quarter, GOTURSIX is focused on __________ so that __________.”

This becomes your repeatable spoken message for donors, partners, and board.

🟡 DAY 3: Conversation Readiness (No Selling)

Time block: 60–75 minutes

Prepare ONE conversation flow for both lanes:

  • What’s working for you right now?

  • Where do you feel friction?

  • What would support look like?

No pitch. No slide deck.

Karen emphasizes conversations first, offers second  .

If a conversation happens today: great.

If not: also great. The work is readiness.

🟠 DAY 4: Light Visibility (Do NOT Overdo This)

Time block: 30 minutes

You may do one of the following:

  • One LinkedIn or Facebook post

  • OR one short email to a small list

  • OR one personal update to 5 people

Content rule:

Talk about the problem, not the program.

Example:

“I keep seeing leaders exhausted by systems that no longer serve their communities…”

Stop. Post. Walk away.

🟠 DAY 5: Review + Adjust (Karen’s Consistency Loop)

Time block: 45 minutes

Answer these questions in writing:

  • What felt easy this week?

  • What felt heavy?

  • How many conversations are scheduled?

  • What surprised me?

Karen calls this the blueprint phase—data without drama  .

🟣 WEEKEND (Optional but Powerful)

Gentle Integration (30 minutes total)

  • Review your notes

  • Re-read your one-sentence offers

  • Notice where confidence increased without effort

No outreach required unless it feels clean.

WEEK 1 SUCCESS METRICS (This Matters)

By the end of Week 1, success looks like:

  • ✅ Inner game done at least 4 days

  • ✅ 12–15 invitations sent

  • ✅ 2–5 real conversations scheduled

  • ✅ Clear language emerging naturally

Revenue is NOT the metric yet.

Momentum is.

WHY THIS WORKS (Karen’s Formula, Applied Correctly)

You did:

  • Singular focus per lane

  • Warm network first

  • Conversations before content

  • Tracking before scaling

Most people skip these steps and then panic in Week 4.

You won’t.
